Vendors

The Radnor Fall Festival is attended by thousands each year and is an incredible opportunity to get your business in front of new customers in the community. This is the largest event that the Wayne Business Association plans and hosts each year. This event is a member benefit, hence, we require vendors to be members of the WBA.

The Radnor Fall Festival is Sunday, September 21, 2025 from 12pm-4pm. This event is rain or shine. Vendors can set up from 9am-11am. Cars will not be able to drive up to spaces after 11am for safety reasons. You will be assigned a space along North Wayne Avenue or West Avenue. Tents, decorations, etc. are the responsibility of the vendor.

DEADLINE: Monday, August 18th (or earlier, depending on availability)

Payment must be remitted at the time of registration. Check, venmo, or credit card payments are accepted.
ALL RFF vendors must be active WBA members with dues currently paid.
We welcome service providers retailers, community organizations and food purveyors to join us as vendors. Please fill out the appropriate form to participate.
